Randall was great, everything went very smoothly. The place is nice and clean, the room was big and spacy, the bed was super comfy. There is fully equipped kitchen for common use, the location is about 15 minutes walking from the center which is great, and there is a supermarket just across the road in case you feel like staying in and cooking. And of course the price is amazing!

Very warm and friendly welcome. Easy Check-In and open minded if you need any help. The room was awesome for the 2 nights we feel very comfortable. We could also Use the Garage for our car that was awesome.

We booked a double room with private bathroom. We liked the room, and we think it was quite comfortable and quiet. Also it had TV and a terrace. Private parking and good Wifi signal were also a plus.

The check-in process was horrible. During the booking process, several weeks ago, we requested a check-in time during the afternoon. However, plans changed during our trip to Costa Rica and we called to ask if it was possible to perform the check-in in the early morning. We call several times, but nobody picked up the phone. After a while, the owner called us and told us it was not possible to check-in so early (I think it was 10:00) and we had to wait until 13:00. So far everything was correct. We understand that if we notify at the last moment, it is not possible to perform the check-in at that moment and we had to wait a little bit until 13:00. That was not a problem. We took advantage of those hours to make a quick visit of a near viewpoint and carry out some procedures. However, we went to the accommodation a little before the agreed time. And there was nobody there. We had to wait almost an hour to someone let us in. During that time we tried to call several times to the accommodation and nobody answered. We had a tour at 14:00 and we arrived very late because the unprofessionality of the staff. Eventually, a girl appears and let us do the check-in, we pay and run to the tour. Was in that moment that the owner called us to apologize and tell us that the girl was coming… I still don’t understand why was so difficult to contact to the owner. On the other hand, about the accommodation, there were spider webs and we found a big spider in the room. The common areas and kitchen were plenty of mosquitoes. Didn’t feel like clean place at all.
