Gede Homestay

Nice view of the ocean when seated in the restaurant. Overall the staff was very kind and friendly, but they were vague and a bit unfair regarding the tours we arranged through them.

The food was very bad. Low quality, dry and very overpriced. Also the room lacked sheets and the bathroom was very dirty and had no soap. The dolphin and snorkelling tour we booked through the homestay was very disappointing. It lasted 2 hours instead of the 3 we were promised. The snorkelling part was only 10 minutes, because every single mask was leaking. When we talked to the staff about it afterwards they were completely indifferent about it.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They arranged a lot for me and they were present to chat with. The location was right down to the beach, although a bit from the center.

It was a bit boring as a solo traveller. Mainly older retired or close to retired people.

We are very happy at our stay at Gede Homestay. The room was spacious and clean. Wa had a trip to see the dolphin organized by Gede Homestay. It was amazing ! We ate a few time at the hotel and it was good.

Absolutely great value, although very basic you cannot get better for the price. The location is next to the ocean.

The area, very dirty from all the rubbish and so many wild dogs.

Staff were super helpful. Beautiful view of sunset and rooms were big.

The room had quite a few ants and the bed wasn’t the comfiest.
