We had a very comfortable room with ensuite. The location is quiet and relaxed. Breakfast was great. The owners were very helpful with advice about cafes and restaurants and things to do.

Sitting outside looking over the field and cows was lovely. The grounds and building are beautiful and there is a good selection to make your own breakfast - though bacon would have been great to have too

The bed was terrible - super soft mattress that we sunk into. Our room was next to the shared bathroom and we could hear everything that went on in there.

We stay at Headlands Estate a 2nd time in 5 days because it was a fantastic place to stay and relax. Annette & Steve are phenomenal hosts. The 2nd visit was like walking back into our home.
