Aunty - the woman who manages the property is a very welcoming and nice woman. The property is clean, has hot water and looks like it is brand new or just after renovation. Very spacious and luxurious. Great value for money. It has a balcony and a rooftop space with a great view. Homemade delicious breakfast is served for an extra fee at request.

The room was nice.

Booking.com mentioned kitchen and AC included. But when I reached there, I was told kitchen will be charged extra and I'm getting the AC as a favour and that it's not included in the room charges. The owner kept repeating that AC room is expensive and that it is not included but she is just giving it to me. Everything was being charged extra.. even when I showed the list of amenities included. It was quite annoying after a point of time.

The property is clean and hygienic , the caretaker Aunty is very helpful and polite, makes you feel like home.

The room was clean and bed linen was also clean.

The handwash provided in the bathroom was not of good quality. There were frequent powercuts due to which WiFi connectivity was disrupted. The property is located on a high terrain so autorickshaw faces difficulty in going up. At times they can refuse the ride. The owner of the property is a serviceman and stays at work in a different city and his wife manages the property. I felt that aunty lacks in management and cooperation. The hospitality could have been better.

Stay was good. room, bathroom, furniture, AC, hospitality, breakfast all were good.

Location and information about location could have been better. Owner must mention that if someone coming by auto, take Gas or Other fuel auto. Don't come by electric auto as one has to climb the steep ramp to reach the location. battery auto refuses to climb up. I had to climb the ramp along with luggage on foot for 700mtrs.
