Female members of family are sweet, nice and caring. Anything I needed they always helped.

They are closing a gate at 10pm - its possible to get out, but not get in. Here on booking its writen that you can go in and out anytime you want, its not true. I came at 23:30 from dinner, gate was closed to I had to call to the owners, woman came to open to me and she didnt say anything, but her husband (also owner) was sooo rude!!!!! No one ever told me that the gate is going to be closed, its no where writen on booking, and still I am a paying customer! Even if I said sorry snd that I didnt know, he kept complaining about me, in their language. I liked the stay till this moment and my rating would be different if he would behave differently - he ruined my impression from this place!! Also, cold water. Wifi signal is just for the room 1-3 which are within living room, the rest of rooms no chance. Cockroaches and a lot of mosquitos - buy antimosquito vaporizer

The place is not new but it is Ok and especally for the money it is a good deal. The staff was very friendly and I ate perhaps the best chicken soup ever in their small restaurant

The wi fi was not good at all but since i had a local SIM card it was not an issue at all for me. But because of that I give them 9 instead of 10

The family was super they are very good people as host family children were well trained for hospitality and was a brilliant stay for 1 night I would go for a 2nd trip

Mosquitos. Doesn't have a net either. Bathroom is not clean. Even bathroom door doesn't have the lock.

The host family is precious, they kept our extra clothes in their place for one and half months. They are very sweet and welcoming. Close proximity of the property to all important places in Negombo is great.

The rooms are very hot unfortunately and the cleanliness is not the best.

Received a warm welcome from the family who own the place. A nice, quiet and safe location for overnight stay for solo female travelers. Good value for money so will be back again
