Very nice couple owning the place. Very helpful (agreed to keep one of our bags for the whole month for free) and discret. The wifi was working, hot water 24h/day. From the roof top you have a nice view. Almost no mosquitos in Negombo even after the rains Nice restaurants around

Great location, very nice hosts.

Not clean, cockroaches in the bathroom. The mattress is very thin, the bed is not comfortable.

Quiet place. Very nice people. Affordable

Many mosquitoes because the windows don't close properly, yet no mosquito net. For this reason I wouldn't go back.
