The host, Prof. Manoj is a super nice person with extensive knowledge about the places to visit and how to plan the itenary in Munnar. The property is placed on mountain with awesome view.

The stay's great, the home's great, the kitchen's great.

After checkout at 11 AM, they wouldn't let me stay even until 12 to take photos. They rushed me out before other guests arrived.

Hospitality and service are good, and the location is good. We had a great time as a family. Staff was very helpful to get us stuff from nearby shops if needed. The owner is staying on the other side of the property, and the first floor was provided to stay. All the furniture and cookware are provided. Overall, it's a good stay 😌

Contruction was happening, and people were around the property by the time we stayed. Finding the location of the property, parking is a bit difficult as it is on the uphill and no proper parking space. Keys haven't been provided to the property. That's the worry we had. We have had to lock the room if necessary as the main door, side door, doesn't have lock. The prepayment has been requested by host before a month but it says free cancellation upto 24 hours, so there is a slight mismatch between booking vs actual and Kitchen usage additional charge has been mentioned in whatsapp message which I have seen during the stay but not in the description during booking.
