Super cute family, very friendly. You have a proper entrance to the room. The view is amazing, away from the hustle.

I like walking, so no problem, but you have to walk up steeply for a bit.

The hosts were really really lovely, the Homestay had beautiful surroundings and even monkeys just outside! It was about a 10 minute walk to the main town. It was a steep walk but you do get used to it!

Internet was not in operation.

Perfect budget option, Kavindu offers a very good quality/price ratio. I loved the fact that the property was off the main (and very busy) Main Street in Ella center in a very quiet part of the city. 10-minute walk from Ella's center and not on the too hilly side of the city. Very nice place to relax. The hosting family is just perfect, very lovely and welcoming. Took the breakfast; very generous and very good quality/price ratio. The place is almost never available, got lucky on that day; I understand why it's always booked. I would definitely go back.

Really lovely stay with a very kind and welcoming family. The young son and mother were very helpful throughout our stay, offering tea or coffee whenever we needed. We also used their laundry service which was quick, clean and cheaper than any others we could find online. The place itself is also very clean and has a really beautiful garden where you can sit and have tea watching squirrels and birds flying between the trees. It is in a very good location, being a short walk into Ella town or the start of the little Adam’s peak and nine arches bridge trails. Would recommend! 😊
