nothing, i liked nothing from this place.

I had to buy my own batteries to use the remote controller for the TV. Also, the owner/agent told me that I would be reimbursed for the wrong date i booked if i rebooked w/ the correct date and they stopped answering my call. Worst customer service

Convenient location, price in my budget, clean room, quiet housemates upstairs, same day reservation.

Kitchen counters left dirty by housemate cooking steaks. Someone else left pizza in microwave overnight. 2 of 4 dining chairs too loose & wobbly to sit on. Frig handle missing. Lot of minor repairs needed & a deep clean.

The location is close to shopping & was within my budget.

It needs a good cleaning & a lot of minor repairs. Some repairs looked started but unfinished. The house manager was on the phone loudly dealing with a personal issue while cleaning when I arrived, but my room was dusty & basket on side table had rubber gloves & trash in it. She was still cleaning & sprayed a Febreze-like freshener in the living room while I was eating in the dining room (2 of 4 chairs broken), choked me out, had to go to my room to finish eating. The kitchen counters were crusty & old pizza in microwave the entire 2 days I was there. I booked the same room upstairs as prior evening but was put in a downstairs room under the stairs with a broken headboard that banged every time I moved. Housemate in Victory room up & down stairs & on phone loud until 1:30am.

The price and the auto check in and out, removes the hassle.
