No towels, rags, or accurate access to the entrance. No door codes worked for outside

"Absolutely disgusting and disappointing!"

Nothing.

Zero communication, we couldn't get into the place, the room was tiny, I slept against a TV, there was dirt and filth everywhere, human hair along the skirting boards, communal bathroom was disgustingly filthy, not at all what we are used to, will never be back or recommend to anyone.
