convenient location, car parking

I booked this accommodation on booking.com. they didn't send me any information about which room I was assigned, nor the code for the door lock. I tried to get in touch with the contact number listed in the attachment and also texted them. but no one bothered to answer the call or the messages. As a result, I never received the code from the lock of my room. they didn't care at all - in fact I stayed on the street.
