They have a Netflix account for the house you can use. All in all the room was very comfortable. Bathroom shared but very clean. The bed was so soft and was eye level with the TV so I didn't have to sit up or strain my neck to look at it. The wifi was fast and secure allowing me download and update a popular game. I also streamed 2 movies from my cellphone to the TV.

For some reason my window was propped open with a tree branch when I arrived and I just kinda left it there but it was cold... I wasn't sure if it's part of their AC system or something so I didn't touch it. People were loud and smoking right underneath my window at 1-2am in the morning. I had to get up at 6am to go to work and slept badly because they woke me from my sleep. They say no smoking but the house clearly smells like weed when people are smoking outside. The house mates were loud but i didn't exactly pay for private executive king suite here. So I was understanding. I see they've raised the price almost double since I've stayed. It's not worth $80 you might as well go to a motel with a fridge/microwave and let's you smoke inside. But to share a bathroom, no fridge no towels no microwave can't smoke inside... Just basically a room and a shared toilet I could say $60 max

No towels or washcloths. I didn't even think to bring our own.

It was decent and clean. Because they are lower in price they don't care to fix little things like patches in the wall, damaged furniture, etc. The host literally told me "You get what you pay for". See Screenshots

The room was not as pictured in the listing - the beautiful ambiance pictured IS NOT how the room looks AT ALL (I had the one with the purple decore and purple chair). The decore was so drab, the bedding was not like the pictures, no chair and flowers in the corner, no rug, my bed was broken and unsafe, and also the bottom 2 drawers on the dresser were broken and just dangling. Just straight up tacky and disrespectful to offer that level of accommodations to your customers and think that's what they deserve at this price. They tell you AFTER you book you can't use the stove although the listing lists a stove as an amenity. It also says they have a washer and dryer and provide towels and toiletries, they DO NOT, or at least they didn't for me because they were upset with Booking.com for the price of my booking. So I never got a towel to take a shower during my 4day/3 night stay, no one ever came to even look at the bed more or less repair it for my safety, and I was told by the host that I was incorrectly charged the rate I paid and that I got what I paid for and that at the rate I paid they could not afford to provide me with a towel or send someone to fix the bed. Mind you the listing or the house rules sent after booking, one of them, says the owner lives on site and that the house is managed by staff from 11am-4pm. So SOMEONE was there, they just flat out refused to give me a towel or fix the bed. TOTALLY INHUMANE!!! When I requested a partial refund I was told that I was "one of those people" who pay the least and want the most and I was expecting Four Seasons accommodations. Was also told that I was being dranatic and trying to get something for nothing when all I was asking for is what they offered in the listing,,, A TOWEL,,, and a bed that is not broken so I don't turn over and go tumbling to the ground, and that's asking for too much because my booking was discounted at no fault of my own?????
