The communication with the owner. Two individuals maybe or maybe not employed at the residence had the access code to my room.

"No control over the temperature inside your room"

There were no individual AC in the rooms, it was a central unit for the entire house and the onsite property manager told me that he had no ability to change the temperature

"I suggest staying away if you dont have the patience"

Nothing.

For starters arriving to the place the door code never works and you have to text the rude property manager who rarely responds and the bathroom is filthy with pubic hair on the floor and dirt stains everywhere and it seems like they never clean. Dont get me wrong their 1208 property is fine its just this 1210 property that always has a problem and is never cleaned i understand its other guest but they should make sure it is clean at all times without having to do it yourself and also they have bugs in their bathroom !! And their kitchen they only have 1 fork i kid you not
