Gading Homestay Ubud

Very wonderful people and a spacious, peaceful room. One of the best price/performance stay. I totally recommend!

The property was great. Just a lot of steps to go down and come up but the staff was friendly. I recommend it.

I really liked the family, they were all extremly nice and helpful. I went on a day tour with them and they also invited me to a family ceremony. It was a great time for me and an unique experience. Also their breakfast was really delicios. The room was spacios and well equiped.

Maybe a little deep cleaning is needed as sometimes there was a smell in the bed sheets from so much humidity.

Moldy and stinky room, full of ants inside (nest in room), intrusive owner, poor breakfast, open waste bin in toilet for toilet waste, windows in upper rooms are not possible to close and owner did not fix it after request (possibility of entrance to the room from outside through window). We have been moved to different room due to ants and after that no cleaning was performed in new room. Holes in mosquito net above bed.

I loved that this place was situated by lots of plants and the river. It was also central without being loud making it a tranquil stay! Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were so kind! We went on a tour with Judy and he was a great guide and person to spend time with. Thanks to the Gading family for being the best hosts!

Our room was a little musty but no mould though. It definitely wasn't a deal breaker as you expect that a little in rainy season. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Breakfast is amazing! Ketut is extremely warm and welcoming. If I visit Ubud again, I will stay here again.

The place was very beautiful and very quiet. It is actually not so easy to find such quiet hotel in Ubud. It is surrounded by nature. Very very beautiful and unique. Chic design. We were allowed to check in at 22:00 pm. Judi and the family were very kind and humble. Everyday there was nice breakfast. Judi can arrange different trips. 15 minutes walk to the center. Lots of restaurants nearby. One of the best experiences! Great price for what we got. Highly recommend this place!

The location is within easy walking distance to Yoga Barn within a nice family residence. We were able to witness/interact with their daily lives. Everyone is always nice, smiling. The room is spacous and clean, with a beautiful river view. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast has a few nice choices and all are excellent.
