Love the area, out of the main city (only 10 minutes on foot). Immersed in the nature, simply but you get everything that you need.

"Beautiful homestay just outside of Hampi village"

Thank you for a wonderful stay! It was amazing to be in the middle of such lush tropical forest and Hampi's famous boulders, and Mahesh and his family were lovely hosts. The homecooked food from Mahesh's family was absolutely delicious - when ordering food, forget the menu and just ask Mahesh for some of whatever his family are eating that day :) It is basic accommodation but what one would expect for the rural location and price. Expect it to be hot around March time, and to see some critters in and around the room, eg frogs and little lizards - that's par for the course in this part of the world!
