The view from the room is very peaceful and greenery. The room is spacious, even the sofa was fit in. I would like to thank for the hair dryer. Not everywhere in Sri Lanka I had it. The bed is big and comfortable with a removable anti mosquito net. There was also a kettle to make our own tea and coffee. Shower with good pressure and hot water. The owners are super friendly and welcoming. We had a very interesting conversation and found out many details about life in Sri Lanka. For those who travel by car: we could park our car on property’s territory. No problem with a road to the house neither. The dinner is home made and served with lots of local sweets. Very tasty and plenty, we couldn’t even finish all. It costs around 7$ per person. In the morning we were served tea and my husband received a special medial help as he had some cough during the night. Thank you for your hospitality!

Maybe the price is a bit high. But I didn’t really compare with other hotels in Kandy. We found this home stay very fast, 1 day in advance.

100% recomended, everything was perfect, room was extra clean, Ayesha and her husband totally stole our hearts, they helped us a lot, organised delicious dinner and breakfast, even organised train tickets, helped with luggage and place in the train!!! Wow! Best hosting service ever! 100/10 ☺️

Ayesha prepared such a magnificent and large breakfast every morning, that we were able to take half of it for a packed lunch on our excursions. She made a huge effort to treat us to all the local dishes and added some Western food on the side. They really helped us to have a local experience by directing us how to use local buses and trains. Their house is large and spacious and we had a lot of privacy but also lots of valuable interaction. One of the highlights was the day when Shiva took us to Lion's Rock and afterwards took us for dinner to his family in a nearby village. All in all a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

Ayesha and her husband are very hospitable and make you feel at home. They serve delicious home made food and the house has the amazing views of the wild forest

The house is around 1 km away but Ayesha's husband drove us to the supermarket for grocery shopping

It was just incredible.From the warm welcome to the house itself to the food the night the drinks....a one of a kind homestay experience! Aysha and Shiva are the loveliest people we had the honor to meet on our whole trip. On top of that the food was just beyond our expectations. Incredible! We would have stayed a week but I dont think our fitness coach would approve 😂😂😂 Again thank you Aysha and Shiva for everything!😘
