We had a great stay. Super comfy room, clean and tidy. The host was also very welcoming.

Only negative I could find is no tv in the room, however for my trip purposes that wasn’t an inconvenience.

For a one night stay perfect. For more than that parking would be an issue as area has time parking. Wonderful comfy bed

Very well priced, and a very interesting owner with some incredible artwork around the house.

It was a bit further from the main drag than we’d realised, but that wasn’t really a big problem.

My daughter and I were greeted by the owner Sue, a very sweet and pleasant lady. The room matches the photo, and in reality it looks even better: spacious and very cozy, lots of daylight. Sue is not only a pleasant and kind person, but also a very talented artist; we spent the whole holiday admiring her works in the house. Special attention for quality sleep thanks to a very comfortable mattress and pillows.

The host was immediately very communicative and friendly throughout our stay. The room was exceptional - perfect size for a couple, very clean, bright and modern. The bathroom was very much the same. Property is a short walk from Hasting station and town centre. Could not not fault this accommodation.

Parking is slightly awkward in the immediate area but knowledgeable host can advise further on this.

Very comfortable, with everything we needed for a night’s stay. The shower & bath were wonderful and Sue was incredibly friendly & helpful.

Locates at a quiet residential street, yet right next to shops/restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. The place is well maintained and extremely clean, and great value for money. Strongly recommend and will definitely try to book again when visiting Hasting the next time.
