Quiet. Beautiful art. Confortable bed. Lovely bathroom and rain shower. The host’s recommendation of The Cookhouse Cafe for breakfast! Easy access to seafront etc

The blind at the window didn’t keep sufficient light out for us, so we awoke really early. Some curtains over the Venetian blinds would have been welcome.

Very good location. Loved the artwork. Good facilities. Very nice host.

Peace and quiet of room. Left to our own devices to come and go. Easy access to shops, cafes. Loved the fact there was no TV. Bed very comfortable.

Would like a black out blind, but down to personal preference.

Quiet location, spotlessly clean and superb bed linen. Very comfortable. The greeting from Sue was lovely and she showed a real interest in my stay without being over obtrusive.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay - Sue was an exceptional host and her property is immaculate, comfortable and well-located. Sue made me feel very welcome and made some great recommendations. The bed is comfortable, the room is well-appointed, the area is close to everything, but very peaceful. And the bath was an absolute treat! Hastings is wonderful, and this was genuinely one of the nicest mini-breaks I've ever had. Thank you, Sue.

Parking was restricted and no onsite parking but free street parking was available nearby
