11 Monteviot: Luxury homestay overlooking a tea estate

We had a very enjoyable time at this homestay. The hosts Tuhina and Parimal were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the tea-estate. The gardens at the property were beautifully kept. The home-cooked food was excellent. We would love to go back there again

This is a lovely, quiet property, very well located - just a short stroll from the centre of town. Tuhina and Parimal are wonderful, warm and entertaining hosts. We had great chats sitting on the terrace overlooking the tea gardens. Ishka cooked a delicious meal for us. We visited in January so the temperature drops in the evening but there are electric blankets and warm bedding so you are very warm. Definitely recommend a visit.

11 Montevoit property is awesome . It has a beautiful garden, surrounded by nature. View is stunning. You get to see sunrise and sunset which is mesmerising. You also see tea garden , can take a short walk . Overall stay was great , we had a great time . Hosts are very welcoming and it was great to talking to them. Tuhina is very sweet, helpful and friendly . They have a sweet dog named Ballu. Ishika is great cook , we had bihari and nepali style food . The meal was great and home cooked. Rooms were clean and balcony is very spacious . It was very comfortable stay .Kurseong is a beautiful place ❤️

Everything, actually! Spectacular view all around, finger-licking good food cooked by Ishika (a lovely girl), the front yard, the house garden, the cozy comfort of the room and the stellar private terrace - flawless and top-notch. But what makes this place out of the world is the people! Tuhina, Parimal (hosts), all their hardworking and lovely staff, and Ballu (the doggo I left my heart with) made my experience I will cherish forever. I will keep coming back here for sure... 💖💖💖

The hospitality of the owners is top notch! You cannot find more humble, service minded and friendly people. We enjoyed also lunch, dinner and breakfast. The view from the room was fantastic as well.

This doesn’t concern the accommodation, but we would have enjoyed it even more with clear skies walking around at the tea plantations. A reminder is that it’s a simple accommodation but yet lovely.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at this homestay in Kurseong. The location is stunning, surrounded by lush tea gardens with beautiful views of the hills. The peaceful atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. It's an extremely positive place. The hospitality of the hosts and staff was exceptional. They added a personal touch to everything, from welcoming us warmly to sharing tea garden stories. Their care made our stay feel extra special. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene getaway with wonderful hosts.

This is a wonderful place to refresh and rejuvenate your senses. You should visit here when you are tired of your hectic and mundane urban life. They have an excellent collection of books in the rooms. Ishita is a cook per excellence. Each and every item she made was very fresh and tasty. The whole property is decorated with lovely seasonal flowers and orchids which was a real visual delight for us.
