Stadtnähe und doch mitten in der Natur

Perfect location.

Lovely peaceful location, we enjoyed the walk in to town which is very beautiful and it's much more affordable to stay a little out of the centre so if the walk suits you this would be a great place to stay.

The host sent us a text message during a day trip which read ' You can close the doors normally :)' we werent sure what was meant by this and thought it may mean we closed them too loudly, we only used our room and the bathroom which are naturally close to other rooms in the apartment and did not think that we were not closing doors normally. I personally don't think it's apprpriate to send a message like this when its a shared apartment and we were never loud.

Just 20min from the city centre, bus stop just around the corner, nearest Billa some 15min walk or 3 bus stops. Very clean, private bathroom. Very stunning views around.

I didn't know I will share the flat with the owner, but she was quite absent and very quiet I barely noticed her. Bed could use upper matrace.

the bedroom and bathroom are new

Actually, it's a bedroom in an apartment which the host's living, the bed in the room is sofabed, the host doesn't mention it on the description, otherwise I would not book it! It's not comfortable at all and my back got hurt after I slept two nights. and except the bedroom and a private small bathroom for the guest are clean, the other areas are quite mass up.. the supermarket is little bit far. the self check in key box is hard to find according to the host's description.

Pleasant and functional

Host was available to wash and dry clothes for us which we were grateful for and was largely friendly. Room and shower room were clean. Nice location with city easily walkable.

Flat was cluttered, and many facilities described weren't really available. Asked not to flush toilet during the night and not to lock shower room door! No lock on our room, so had to carry all valuables/documents all week. Came in to our room on last day while on the phone and asked when we were leaving; we gave time (which was the agreed checking out time) and she replied, " Good" then left. She probably didn't mean to be rude but that's how it came across.

Very beautiful apartment, and clean. Value for money for the price we paid.
