Franziska was so helpful with all our needs. we were able to share all facilities in the large apartment, including washing machine and kitchen. the location was perfect for our needs with public transport close to the apartment, and 2km to the town centre. also free private parking available on site.

It was near a bus stop so easy access to the city and old town. Easy information to find the key. The owner was friendly when we spoke with her.

When we arrived no one was there which was fine we unpacked and headed out. When we returned the owner was there who was very friendly and reminded us of the fan when using the shower and then asked if we used the toilet during the night and if we did to “maybe not flush” because the pipes go under her bedroom and it wakes her up. We felt we did not have access to anything outside our room which was very warm. The owner didn’t say you are welcome to use the kitchen or sitting room as she only directed us to the facilities in our room. The WiFi did not work and it made a beeping sound all night. The bed was not comfortable. It was a pull out sofa bed which creaked when you moved and the pillows were very soft so hard to sleep on. It was okay for our two night stay but I would not stay longer or again.
