This is a perfect stay for someone who wants to be up and away from the fray of the city. It is a 20-30 minute walk down to the city if you are on foot although there are lift options. It is a nicely updated priory. Breakfast spread is great. Lovely walking paths and outdoor space.

Frühstück war Top... Die Ruhe war sehr willkommen... Sehr schöne Anlage und wenn man reine kleine Runde macht sieht man Salzburg von oben... man kann die Fenster aufmachen und hört nur Natur, keine Stadt, mitten in der Stadt!

wenn man länger am Abend in der Stadt unterwegs ist dann hat man zu fuß einen Aufstieg auf den Mönchsberg vor sich... ist es mir aber wert gewesen... Aufgrund des Denkmalschutzes ist leider kein Sonnenschutz an der Fassade außen montiert und darum war es ein wenig warm im Zimmer...

This is a very unique and peaceful guesthouse a little far removed from city center. I had a room on the 5th floor with absolutely stunning views of Salzburg.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. There are not a lot of amenities but that is explained straight forward and I knew that prior to booking. They had a delicious breakfast buffet that was included. They also had a vending machine with alcohol and non alcoholic beverages. I do wish there had been a vending machine with some snacks as well.

"Gemütlich, wunderschönes Ambiente!"

Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Man ist in kurzer Zeit in der Altstadt von Salzburg. Nach einem kurzen Fußweg ist man beim Lift, mit dem man ganz flott nach unten kommt. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sauber. Das Frühstück schmeckt excellent. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Beautiful location in a quiet manor house with a lovely garden Good breakfast on a lovely terrace. Short walk to lift to take you into the old city.

No lift to second floor No aircon
