Really nice and peaceful place, any noise at all, only beautiful nature around. The room is comfortable and clean! The owner is such a lovely and nice person. Definitely recommended ❤️

Definitely the place to stay if you go to Sigiriya. The owner is really nice and helpful, he even made me a take away breakfast as I was living early in the morning. Short walk from the city center

Very friendly owner who recommended us scooter rental and lots of places and even drove us to the bus stop the last day. Nice and clean room with mosquito net and small terrace for chilling outside. Quiet neighborhood, short distance to Sigiriya. Warm home-made breakfast.

It was really very pleasant and Clean rooms, The Host of the Homestay Was Incredible Personality.. He helps me lots. Single room and Private bathroom as well as Breakfast was well equipped and Comfortable. Host drop me with his Tuktuk also. I was very pleased with my stay .

Great guest house!! The owner is one of the most kind and polite man in Sri Lanka. It was my embarrassing mistake that I forgot to return his room key after check-out, he chased and caught me and told about it very kindly. He could get mad at my terrible mistake, but he didn’t. I really appreciate his hospitality. The room has enough space and good wifi. It’s a wonderful place regarding its price. You will have a calm and relaxing time!

It’s little bit far from Sigiriya rock. But you can reach to it in 25 mins, and also you can ask the owner to arrange tuktuk.

We loved our stay at Bandula! We loved the breakfast, the location and our interactions with the host.

Owner was really nice and welcoming. Room was basic but clean with warm water. Place is really quiet and calm. Perfect to have good night sleep.

Shower water pressure (hot one) was very low but manageable. Location is a 10 minutes walk to bus stand, which was totally ok for me. Breakfast very basic, but considering very low price it was acceptable. Over all good value for money.
