Bandula Home Stay

this has been the best value for money in sri lanka! Bandula is a caring and calm host, serving a fresh lemonade at arrival after our long day of travel! the rooms are nice and every one of them has a cute little balcony, perfect for a beer at the hottest hour of the day 😃 just go there, you will not regret it!

No faults atall about this stay, everything was perfect. What i loved most was the attitude of the owner. He is so kind, polite, helpful and honest. I stayed in 2 other guesthouses before coming here where the owners kept pushing me to try buy tours/tuks tuks/dinner etc. The owner of Bandula made me feel like simply being his guest was appreciated enough, he respected my own itinerary and helped show me where i can take my bicycle! The dinner was delicious and at a fair and reasonable price. He never tried to over-charge me with anything. The room was perfect. I will definitely come back here if i return to Sigiriya!

I've spent 2 nights in this lovely homestay. The room was very nice and everything was clean. Also the breakfast was really delicious. But what made my stay there even more special was the family who run the place. They are so kind and nice and helped me with everything what I wanted to know. They always had a smile on their faces. If I'd come back, I would definitely stay there again! Thank you so much!
