Excellent location and the lady was super helpful

We thought the room included air conditioning when it was listed as facilities. You have to pay 6USD to use air-condition. Perhaps it would be helpful to add that to the pricing. So people are aware of the cost.

A/C is extra. We booked a more expensive room with air conditioning listed in the facilities, to be told on arrival we only booked a room with the facility of air con but to use it you have to pay extra.... Bed was quite uncomfortable as it dips in the middle. On the bottom sheet there was stains from previous guests. Check out on the booking states 11am but at 10.20am we were told to leave as guests were coming.

This place was definitely value for money. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and the lady was very very helpful. You didn’t feel under pressure at any time and gave us great information about transport, times etc. You just felt that she just genuinely wanted to help. It was handy having an atm across the road and many restaurants nearby but was also quiet at night time.

It has absolutely perfect location; very close to Lion Rock and Pidurangala, and also in the middle of the main street. Very cute home, but even cuter dog. The wife was very helpful, and she made that we weren’t too late for Lion Rock. They also helped us find the busstop, when we had to leave.
