The family who runs the business is really lovely and kind. They answered all the questions and requests that we had. The room was big and there was warm water.

The room was really hot. You could have had air conditioning if you paid extra. We didn’t:)

The lady was really nice and helped with everything we needed. The room have everything you need. You can easily walk to both rocks.

We planned to rent a bike to go around the area. Unfortunately the bike almost couldn’t start and went out all the time. The speeder was a little slow/got stuck so it was hard to control. They tried to say it was our lack of experience but we have a lot of experience with bikes around Asia and we didn’t feel safe on this bike and decided not to take it and wouldn’t recommend renting it. It was a little disappointing when we were trying to get to the rock for the sunset and you can’t get a tuktuk that early - only the owner that after the bike didn’t work offered to take us 1,5 km for higher price than the other tourist prices.

The staffs are very nice people, they let us use their fridge and cut the fruits we bought for us. The garden view is beautiful and sitting in it is very relaxing, close to an elephant place, Sigiriya rock, and some restaurants. Their dog is very cute and smart. The price is suitable for the place.

You have to pay additional fees for the condition if you want to use it, but there is a fan so it's not that big of a problem.

"Lovely Stay in the Green with a even more lovely host family"

Located just at the main road were there are a lot of restaurants and cafés. It it also close to some viewpoints and a 10 minute walk to the entrance to lions rock. The rooms are installed in the backyard so there it not a lot of noise from the road and it is not as hot because it is between a lot of green and palm trees. You can also order deliscious Sri Lankan breakfast aswell as rent a bicycle or scooter right at the Homestay. The family is very friendly and quick in adressing any inquiries even a safari in the closest National Park or Tuk Tuk rides. They offered us free coffee and tea upon arrival. Monkes, squirrels and lizards are in the trees - a wonderful stay!

This was my second time staying here. The quality of the it was improved and impressed me. The host provide best service as usual with warm welcome The facilities were clean, comfortable and well maintained It is situated very close to the Sigiriya Rock
