Clean and affordable.

We had a really lovely stay at sun flower homestay! The owner is super kind and attentive and put on a big tasty breakfast every morning! Located walking distance to the Main Street and other attractions, it’s a great place to stay when visiting sigiriya!

The hospitality of the owner. We got a great breakfast. And when it rained he lend us his umbrellas. Also if we needed a tuktuk he arranged it for us. Very nice and polite gentle men.

Sometimes there was a powershortage, but that is unavoidable in Sri Lanka. So not even that big of a problem.

Very pleasant accommodation. Room simple, but clean. With a small terrace overlooking a beautiful garden. The owner was a very hospitable person, welcomed us with juice, served us with coconut, helped organize a safari at a good price. Tasty breakfasts.

The family was really nice. Gave us umbrella and changed sheets upon request. Location was 5 min walk from one of the main parts of sigirya. Quiet. Good value for the money. Had hot water.

The room wasn't clean. The bad sheets were dirty, and had dead and alive ants on them. Frog in the shower. Family didn't speak any English. WiFi didn't work.

The stay was excellent. Breakfast was super good. It was comfortable. Host was very kind and sweet.

The only problem was there are no street lights near the home stay and if you want to go for dinner, you need to get a torch and walk in that dark. It was really scary.
