We booked for two nights and decided to stay one more. Karunakrane, the owner, is super kind and generous, he understands people's needs perfectly and is happy to help you with everything. The house has a garden from where you will try the most delicious fruits and plants.sri Lankan breakfast is served every morning in your private balcony and the room is clean and comfy: fan, mosquito nets, very good toilet. Location: less than 10 min walking to the center, but you will find the first grocery store and restaurants less than 1 min away. You can easily walk to both rocks as well. 100% recommendable!!

The homestay was very beautiful and quiet, we loved it. The breakfast, lunch an dinner are extraordinary, we recommend to eat there every day. Also karu and his family are so lovely, we enjoyed our days at their place so much, thank you!

Spacious room and outside area with a table. There was a fan and mosquito net provided. The host was kind and gave me fresh fruit and coconuts from the garden. It's a 15 minute walk out of the village so in a very quiet location with a pretty garden.

The wifi didn't work properly and kept switching off so I had to rely on data. It wasn't very clean and didn't look like it had been cleaned before I checked in (aside from new sheets), and the bottled water that comes with breakfast is not included with the free breakfast - I was charged 400 rupees for 2 bottles upon checkout which I wasn't aware of. I'm not sure what the issue was but the host also tried to charge me double the booking price upon checkout.

Nice location outside the main street near roads into rural area which is really worth riding. Room and bathroom spacious enough. Nice private veranda where breakfast is served or you can read a book or make notes with connected light during evening and night. Alternative for non-bread/ toast diet is provided for which sas very welcomed Kind host. Price for scooter should be Rs 2.500 for old one, Rs3.000 for quite new one.

However bicycle condition was poor. I had to abort my trip 2 or 3 times after punctures on all the bikes. They really needs better maintenance, especially as i the rental price is far above average ad: 1000Rs which is far too much in my view. Fake note ; With the Bathroom you need to wipe the water well after shower for your own safety. Wifi lovers better upload their own internet credit for a reliable connection, since the wifi fails many times.

It was much warmer then we expected, we asked if we could have a room with airconditioning and could upgrade easily, even though we did not book it and could not upgrade online. We did pay extra for the aircon, but that’s normal.

Bicycles served us well, but it does not seem like they have much longer to live.

Beautiful location surrounded by nature and far from downtown: super quiet and peaceful, we loved waking up with jungle sounds! Both room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The host was super kind, he made us try different varieties of coconuts from the garden!

Lovely homestay, nice family! Price / quality is good! Breakkie was good (water is not free btw, only discovered with paying the pill)

Shower had only cold water but was so hot that it didnt matter
