Excellent staff - Shubham was very helpful. The staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were aesthetic

On the first floor the balcony is covered with curtains - but there is noise.. Maybe they should cover with Glass

Cleanliness ok, water pressure of shower very low, no staff available when needed (had to wait for manager to artive to do checkout, etc), no hairdryer

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Varanasi. The rooms are beautiful and huge with all the amenities. The employees are very kind and nice and they helped us getting around, booking a boat ride and a visit around Varanasi. It is so close to some amazing temples. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was solid. Good bed, shower, AC, breakfast, service. Near to northern ghats.

Noisy street - beeping vehicles noticeable. Bit expensive for experience.

Breakfast was simple, but freshly prepared bread, Jalebis and the ginger tea was good. The location was excellent, near Assi Ghat. The staff was very friendly and kind.

The rooms need an upgrade, looks like 2 decades old. A very noisy and old-style AC, switch points inadequate or not working, bathrooms without a shower curtain, the room was low on comfort and lighting was like I entered a 90s home. There was a renovated block but we weren't accommodated in it, hence cannot say much about that. The manager was pushy to take some trips organised by his friend.

Beautiful place, beautiful people . Awesome host, great hospitality. Very sad to return back wish could spend some more days!

Good clean rooms. Linen was clean and all immediate toiletries etc were available in the toilets. Proximity to Assu Ghar was just 5-7 minutes walk. Staff were good and courteous. Proximity to Assi Ghat a good positive.

No restaurant available, including Kitchen was not open for lunch. One had to go out for lunch. Breakfast was avaiable on order. No buffet breakfast or Lunch or dinner.
