The staff was very nice and the room and bed are HUGE. The breakfast was nice, odd from a Western perspective, but I got used to it. Tried a lot of new things because of the strange choices. Was happy that there was a security guard. Felt safe.

The late night staff does not speak any English. I had a problem with my air conditioning one night and I asked for it to be fixed a the the night manager, but this never happened. So one of my nights was miserable. It was an easy fix and I wish I would have known how to do it. Always ask how to turn on A/C if it happens to stop working all of a sudden! Also, NOISY! But all of Varanasi is noisy. Can't avoid the honking horns probably anywhere.

The rooms are super spacious and the bed is very comfortable.

The shower was not good in my room (102). Also I had difficulty ordering breakfast so I ate outside of the hotel, but this wasn’t too much of an issue for me. Clear language barrier.

Located close to the ghats. E rickshaw available at the gate. Huge & clean rooms. Neat & tidy toilets. Excellent hospitality by Mr.Shubham ji and his team members Ved, Ashish etc. Food was amazing. Thanks to chef Sandeep ji. Overall amazing experience. Will go back again. Keep up the good work 👍

The staff were very nice

The Kothi gives a feel of staying in a zamindar villa. The rooms were quite spacious as well.

The unprofessional behaviour of the manager & staff. There were a few problems which they were unable to resolve & they carried a very casual attitude which is uncalled for. The room services were pathetic! Very substandard services against the rate they charge!
