Enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Host was very friendly & allowed us to use his fridge for extra drinks & snacks we had with us. He even allowed us to use his washing machine to do our laundry which was a great help

I found it hard to adjust the temperature of the water in the shower each day,but everything else was fine for our 2 nights there

No tea or coffee in the room. Choice of Apple or orange juice for breakfast would have been goo.

Convenient location with efficient booking in. Damien is a very friendly host and room was clean and tidy. Parking outside property. Flexible on breakfast times as I had a couple of early mornings. Pub 5 minutes walk down road serves good food.

Nestled at the foot of Carrowkeel and a mere 15-minute drive from Sligo, with excellent motorway access, this accommodation offers a blend of nature and convenience. Damian's apartment radiates a homely ambiance, marked by cleanliness and comfort. Our room was perfectly tailored for travellers, boasting an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub. Breakfast was a delightful experience; served on hot plates, it provided an opportunity for delightful conversations with our gracious host. Damian, with his affable nature, went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Noteworthy amenities include ample parking and proximity to the walkable Sai Sanctuary for Donkeys and Carrowkeel. The surrounding offers fantastic local attractions, making it a must-visit spot. Highly recommended!

Perfect basis for Sligo county. Close to N4, close to Carrowkeel megalithic cemetery. Good full Irish breakfast (but no other options) Nice room and bathroom. The host is friendly.

The host is friendly, but very interested in everything. Breakfast is kind of community affair, everybody plus hosts eats at one table. If you don‘t like this or are looking for more privacy, it‘s not the right place for you. We didn't mind the situation! The host gave us the opportunitiy to do extra breakfast for each set of guests indeed. We just know that this closeness is not everybodys thing and wanted to pass on the information.

The breakfast was very tasty and the host asked us what time we would like to have this. The breakfast was ready and served hot when we entered the room. Our room was comfortable and quiet.

Damien is a very friendly and helpful host. A great source of local knowledge. He made a lovely gluten free breakfast for my husband. There is a great pub/restaurant a five minute walk away.
