Quiet country position with casual welcoming atmosphere. Good breakfast

Damian was a mine of information when it came to giving advice on local genealogy. He also went out of his way to personally introduce me to locals that gave me additional information about my potential ancestors. Nothing was too much trouble for Damian, and he personally ensured my trip was fruitful and successful.

There were no dislikes

The host Damian was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure needs were met.

Didn’t have a TV but was nice to chill out

Damien is a great host who really takes his responsibilities seriously. He does everything he can to make the guests feel welcome and at home. We had a comfortable room with everything one needs for a nice stay, nice bathroom and spacious beds.

A matter of personal preference but the mattresses were a bit soft.

Our host was a very pleasant gentlemen who took the time to learn about me and my friend during our stay. He was able to give me a contact name to help me trace back my heritage of my great, great, great, greatgrandmother who was born in Sligo County. He gave us ideas of places to visit and even offered to drive us into the Sligo Parade if we needed. He would accommodate us for whatever time we wanted to have our breakfast. Very clean and quiet place to stay. Would recommend this host and his place to say at.

Damian was very courteous and polite, providing very interesting information and insights about the local area. There's a lovely bar and restaurant within a 5/10 minute walk for food and drinks and the main roads are close by for Boyle and Sligo (and beyond) or Carrowkeel even closer.

Diamen was a true gentleman, had plenty of time for us. Even gave us a lift into Sligo town . The house was very clean and well maintained. The bedroom was lovely and warm when we got back after a day out. The breakfast was very good and well presented.
