Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Fahrräder konnten in die Garage und geladen werden. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen in den bequemen Betten Bad wird mit dem 2. Zimmer geteilt. Was kein Problem war. Die Gästeküche befindet sich ebenso wie die Zimmer im 1.OG. Kaffee, Tee kann man sich jederzeit machen. Morgens stehen süsse Brötchen am Platz und im Kühlschrank Käse, Aufschnitt und Marmelade Für uns hat es für Frühstück und je ein Brötchen zum Mitnehmen gut gereicht

Es war alles bestens. Steile Stufen in die erste Etage sind aber nicht für jeden geeignet.

The host met me late (around 10:45 PM), checked me in, explained everything and showed me around. The room was a good size, clean both in the room and in the shared bathroom, there were also enough clean towels, shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast had already been prepared the day before and was available in the morning at any convenient time: cheese, cold cuts, various spreads, boiled egg, several different rolls, jam, yogurt, tea, coffee. Quiet location of the house on the outskirts of the city, if you are without a car, then from the center / station on foot it will be a good 25-30-minute walk. In general, everything was very well thought out for the stay, there were clear and friendly signs and instructions where it was needed.

Despite what was indicated in the description (and other visitors also wrote) that lunch was included, the owner did not tell me anything about it, I suspect that you could take the leftovers of breakfast with you, but I had 1 or 2 buns left anyway, I did not take them, since I was not told about it directly. Also, some choice of vegetables and fruit for breakfast would be awesome. The name plate on the house is not very large and noticeable (especially at night), I had to call upon arrival to be met, because I did not know exactly which house, perhaps some sign near the road could be useful. Owner smokes inside, for short one night it was ok for me, but I don't know how would be for longer stay.

As a B&B they had so many choices available and they where very helpful

We were not aware that there was smoking in the house and because my friend is very sensitive about that we decided not to stay a second night. They did not have to give us a refund for that but they offered us a big part of the money back. We so appreciated that and it confirmed our feeling that their main goal is making their guest feel at home, Thank you for that.

The location was perfect for experiencing nature, very close to Berg en Bos, Apenhuel, and the Veluwe. The food was excellent and I got a loan of a bike which was great for day trips. The room was quite big and had a nice view over the street.

The shower didn't go as hot as I am used to but this wasn't really a problem.

Very homely environment. Was great.
