The studio was surprisingly large and well appointed. Mark, the host, was most welcoming and everything was better than we expected.

"Private, comfortable accommodation with attentive hosts."

Upstairs Art-studio cum apartment. Parking directly in front of house, easy access to come & go at any hour via illuminated side path. Well-renovated bathroom, very comfortable bed & 2 armchairs, table & chairs for 2, small private balcony, modern split-system aircon, double-layer roller blinds for privacy & shade. TV with Netflix etc. for guests. Lots of thoughtful touches/provisions. Shared patio space downstairs with spa, gas BBQ, microwave etc. adjoining well-kept garden with sun lounges for guests' use. Breakfast provisions (cereal, milk, fruit-juice, assorted berries, sliced bread, condiments) refreshed each day. Hosts friendly and accommodating. Close proximity to clubs / restaurants etc.

Kitchen facilities in room quite limited. Very little hanging space available (no wardrobe). LONG delay getting hot water to bathroom. Room is still used to store art supplies, brushes, artworks, publications etc. which occupy much of the storage & make the space a bit cluttered.
