Location is on a steep and severely damaged street and hidden from the main road. You need to get down the road in order to get a taxi cab.

Pretty decent for its price. Near burnham and mauraders cafe! Fast wifi too.

Probably the parking since we were not informed that it is first come first serve basis. It is hard to find parking around the area, receptionist suggested a parking far from the building and since it is uphill, it is really a hassle.

Comfortable

No parking very expensive parking fee

Affirdable, clean and parking is very secure and safe

The chemical use to clean the room was very strong

No breakfast served the location is near the burnham park our van can go up in the facilities without going down the passengers because the road is very bad

If the road is been done before xmas time

The moldy smell of the room and noise of construction outside

1. Its near the burnham park, just 15-30 mins. Away. There is a Restaurant nearby, great location if you want a little bit quiet place. 2. The owner was nice enough to let us early check-in, because we arrived at baguio around 1PM and the check-in time is 2PM 3. The owner immediately message you there contact no. once you agreed to the booking. 4. The owner was always available even its 11PM. 5. The house has Humidifier, equip with nice kitchen utensils and cookwear.

1. There is a construction going on beside the condominium so expect its a big loud. 2. At first we have the hard time explaining to the taxi driver where it is located bec. it was new to them, so you have to explain it was beside this Hotel. 3. "Cleanliness" this one of my major concern because of my Asthma. Once we came to the room it was nice, but dissapoutment, the electric fan was not clean, you we are able to see the dust around the fan (and that a big no). 4. "Bed" The masterbed room bed is wiggly, we are not able to sleep on the bed the whole stay, the bed is not strong enough and I am afraid for my mother and I to sleep because there is a tendency it my broke and my cause a fracture especially to my mom that was a bit old. We have no choice to sleep on the floor with the foam and had the difficulty bec. The floor is cold and my mother cant stand. ( I called the owner around 11PM and take my concern, but unfortunately the concern was raised but not resolved, I cannot tolerate for them to fix the bed while we are staying in there property) so comfort wise. 👎🏻
