View of the green trees and foliage, wake up in the morning to breathe in fresh air, friendly owner, and hardworking staff

Keep me waiting upon my arrival at 5 p.m., luckily it's 5 minutes, lots of floor and wall parts are in run-down condition and need renovation, no choice for breakfast, only fried rice, no toilet paper and mineral water, and upon check-out, owner was more concerned with his avocado plants than giving me a hand with my baggage ...

The hotel has great potential and the staff are very friendly! Especially the owner Sebastian is a wonderful guy! Great place to stay if you fly from Silangit Airport.

It was humid in the room

Massage was good, food in the restaurant good tasty and ice cream also.

A lot of mosquitoes, no TV or internet in the room, the hotel missing maintenance, the curtain white no space personnel usually they must double curtain or put only another color curtain not white so outside we can see inside the room. The breakfast only sandwich,pasta and nasigoreng thé or coffee they must make more options and that foods not for breakfast maybe only Indonesia eat that.for stay one night ok, that hotel good if you’re stay only one night or for transit.

The owner and the staff of the homestay and the associated restaurant are super nice and very helpful. We were also offered a transfer to Silangit airport.

There were only minor problems with the bed linen, which had minor stains, but this wasn't too bad for us and we would book the accommodation again.

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly.

Could have been better signposted from the road. Room could have had curtains rather than just nets to block out the light.

Very very helpful and friendly owner and staff. Location close enough to walk to town, 20 minutes to market. Local transport (angkot) passing in front of the hotel. Pizza restaurant part of hotel. Lovely gardens. Sleeping on a boat.

Mosquitoes. Passage light in front of room could be switched on by other guests.

The staff were friendly and did their best to make our stay comfortable. The bedrooms are a bit odd (it’s a boat theme) The grounds were well maintained and the restaurant is a nice space.

The staff lacked leadership and management. They did their best but they need more senior staff to help them understand how to run a hotel. Breakfast was a sandwich ?? Fresh fruit, coffee with Nasi Gorang or Mie Gorang would have been a better match. Also there is no Spa (No staff)
