"Lovely homestay!"

This accommodation is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Our room had aircon and a ceiling fan which was great. There was a kitchen with utensils and water fountain supply. It is within walking distance to restaurants and close to ports for ferries to and from nearby islands. We stayed in Dumaguete to visit Apo Island for snorkel/scuba trip which was booked with Harolds Dive Centre Dumaguete, which is located just around the corner.

"Budget brilliantly"

Great central location, only shirt walk to mall and restaurant Districts. Place was very clean, comfortable and accessible and the host and family are lovely lovely people!

Very busy (noisy) roads (bad sleep)

Fantastic guest house in a busy Dumaguete. I enjoyed my stay, 12 nights in total. Nikko and his family and great hosts. You can walk to the main boulevard in 10min or take a tricycle for 50php (don’t pay more). Overall, I can highly recommend it!

Noise from the Main Street is unavoidable but after 1st night you will get used to it. Nothing major!

"Really lovely short stay, would love to come back."

Very homey and cosy, clean, spacious. In a perfect location, 10 mins front the port and close to nice restaurants and coffee shops. Nikko and his family were so friendly and helpful, we rented his scooter and he directed us on where to go!

The bed was very squeaky but other than that it was all very comfortable
