Friendly house owner, great location next to the Silliman university, easy to access city center

I had a really good stay here. The location is excellent – just a short stroll to the university area, the seafront, and very convenient for the port when heading to Siquijor. The whole property is spotless and well kept, and the bed was super comfortable. Staff welcoming and friendly. As a solo traveller felt very safe. Would happily stay again.

Unser Gastgeber hat uns erlaubt später aus zu checken, somit konnten wir uns vor dem Flug abduschen und umziehen. Ausserdem hat er uns einen Flughafentransfer für einen fairen Preis organisiert. Seine Wohnung ist sehr sauber und einfach zu finden. Sie liegt nicht weit weg vom centrum.

Nichts was erwähnenswert ist.

It was in the perfect location for me.

Very minor issue. The WiFi didn’t work immediately but it did connect later so I guess there was a service issue on the day.

We love our hosts, Nikko, Lyca, and Sandra. The place is spotlessly clean. The apartment is very close to the pier, and transport is easily accessible if one would like to wander around the city. We had the great experience of being toured patiently, and it must be the longest tour because we left at 8 am. and didn't get back home till 8pm. Nikko was very accommodating and patient with our requests. He is also very knowledgeable in his field, and may we say a great driver. We will definitely choose this place next time we plan to visit Dumaguete. Thank you so much guys. From Laarni and Dave
