The friendliness of the host. We had the attic floor to ourselves so it was like having small suite. We enjoyed that we could see red kites hovering outside our attic window, above the allotments. We also enjoyed meeting the friendly black lab.the property location was grand. Parked up the car on the street and used the regular local bus services into Harrogate. We really appreciated Claire’s recommendations for excellent local restaurants and things to see in Harrogate.

Me and my wife recently had the pleasure of staying in this cozy accommodation in Harrogate, and it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, Claire, our lovely host, made us feel incredibly welcome. Her warm hospitality and personal touches were evident throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-maintained, offering all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay-over. The room/s were cozy and thoughtfully decorated, providing a perfect atmosphere for unwinding after a busy day of sightseeing. What truly set this place apart was Claire's exceptional hospitality. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, providing excellent recommendations for Harrogate and the surrounding areas. Her insights helped us discover hidden gems that we might have otherwise missed.

The host was lovely, kind, and helpful. The room was comfortable and sparkling clean, with off-road parking available. Plenty of snacks, tea, coffee, and bottled water were provided. There were also lots of leaflets and information about Harrogate to help you decide what to do and see.

Steep stairways to reach the top floor for the room.

Host was lovely and helpful, lovely shower, nice soft towels, lovely biscuits with the tea and coffee. I had the whole of the top floor to myself as the other bedroom wasn't being used which was nice. The bed was really comfortable.

The room wasn't huge, which was no problem for me as only staying overnight. I would have found the bed on the small side if I was staying there as a couple. I ideally would have preferred to be closer to Harrogate Town centre to save me getting a taxi, but I'm sure that was reflected in the price which was great value.

Lovely clean, comfortable rooms, with plenty of tea/coffee & biscuits. Very friendly and helpful host. In good location. Half hour walk into Harrogate + buses to Harrogate & Knaresborough nearby. Would definitely use again

Host was so lovely, House was exceptionally clean. Beautiful fluffy white towels. Bedding was off good quality. Would definitely recommend and would stay again
