Lovely accommodation and a very friendly welcoming host. Great value for money and an easy bus ride into the city.

Quilts were way too warm but then some people might like that.

Lovely place, beautiful rooms equipped with everything needed. Shops/ restaurants were nearby. It was our first visit in Harrogate so we didn’t really know the place, but Claire is soo lovely 🥰 and she recommended us some very nice places. So we got some new favourite places 😊 I’m sure we will come back soon ❤️ Debora&Arpad 🇭🇺

Claire was very friendly, and allowed us to arrive early. The property is well situated, close to a ma8n bus route and station. We had plenty of room, a really nice bathroom, and nice touches like tea and coffee making facilities

Our only complaint would be that the attic windows were very grubby and hard to see through!

Lovely, clean facilities & bedroom., very comfortable. Lots of extras. Great host, very friendly & helpful.. 20/30 min walk into town. Can recommend. Will be back

The property was absolutely faultless! The highlight for me was our lovely host. We phoned in advance to say we'd be arriving quite late due to a car breakdown, and Claire was so helpful and accommodating to us. I was pleasantly surprised at how much space we had, two double bedrooms and a private bathroom, and all were spotlessly clean. This would be a great place for a family stay! Both rooms were very well equipped with tea, coffee, and a great selection of biscuits! One of the rooms also had crockery provided, so if we'd needed to eat in, we had everything we needed. I also really appreciated there being a hair dryer and phone charger in one of the drawers, which came in very handy. We only stayed for one night on our way north to Beamish museum, but we're planning a proper trip to the area and would definitely look to return, and would recommend this stay to anyone.

The room was cool and spacious, as I wanted it. The bed was very comfortable. We had the use of the whole landing as no one else booked in which was really nice. There were plentiful teas, coffees and many milks which is always something that underwhelms me normally. The bathroom was spotless with huge fluffy towels. Claire was a lovely host and accommodated us in every way possible. We could not have expected more than we got.

It's a couple of miles out of town if that bothers some, it didn't bother us. I cannot think of one more limitation.
