excellent host, very friendly and helpful. i enjoyed my stay tremendously, bed is incredibly comfortable. if i am back in the city i will stay there again

everything was excellent and even when the heating stopped working it was fixed within few hours

Claire was a welcoming and attentive host. Great prior communication. We had our own suite and could come and go easily. The best array of teas and coffees anywhere

Steep stairs would be difficult for some.

Very friendly welcome, extremely comfortable beds, great location for getting into Harrogate town centre. Lovely touches with quality teas, biscuits and Harrogate water. All at a great price.

Lovely, welcoming host. Use of two rooms and a separate bathroom. Fluffy towels. Plenty of tea, coffee and d biscuits.

Everything met our needs so nothing not to like.
