Comfortable stay, good location near Harrogate and excellent value for money. Some nice touches in room, like good facilities to make drinks. Tesco Express a walk away. Friendly host. Enjoyed our stay 👍

This has to be the most perfect experience I've had so far, in every way. Claire (our host) was absolutely LOVELY from the moment she greeted us at the door. The house sits on a side road, just off the main road, and parking was easy (we parked in front of the house every time). We had the entire top floor to ourselves, with another empty room which Claire advised we could ALSO use if we needed (but we didn't). The cleanliness and tasteful decor was outstanding, and the house clearly very well-maintained. The room itself was perfect: large, with a variety and quality of amenities you sometimes don't even find in 4-5 star hotels (trust me on this!). Even just the selection of hot drinks and the whole station set-up was exceptional. The bed was heavenly, with clean sheets and a fantastic duvet. And the pillows!! Oh my days, the pillows were so soft and comfortable! The bathroom was clean, well-equipped. Everything was just perfect, and we honestly would have been quite happy to pay more for accommodation like this. Claire has really put effort, thought, and care into what she does with hosting guests; it was an absolutely wonderful stay in every way.

Meeting Claire for the first time, it was immediately obvious how much she cares about making sure your stay is as relaxing and stress free as possible. An extremely lovely host with a beautiful house and located within easy reach of everything you need. We were attending a wedding at a local venue and Claire recommended Taxi companies to help us out and gave us a key that meant we could come and go when we pleased- even in the early hours after we’d finished dancing at the party. Everything was clean, the bed and the room were lovely and comfortable and the facilities were excellent. If we are ever visiting the area again, we will definitely be back.
