The property and staff. The food. The tranquillity. The small touches. The excellent ambience. The garden, the plants, the trees. The decor. Every little nook and cranny has been planned well. The parking facility is a huge plus.

The river bank was not maintained properly.. Too much moss and filth on the steps, so slippery. Also, no proper support to enter the river, coupled with a breach in the river causing double force flow. All in all, the main objective of Ganga snaan was defeated. Unlike pilibhit house where the bank is very well maintained and the railings are put in such a way that you can hold them and they support your weight. The property seriously needs to improve the ghat quality and experience. Also, driver accommodation should be allowed with staff quarters, preferably.

The cozy place, good staff, good food, facilities. The ENTIRE TEAM so as to not miss out on any name, is excellent. The place is away from the cacophony around ghats. It's peaceful, well made, good decor, great vibe. Thank you !

This property is a true gem. It’s away from all the noise but close enough to go and explore the places of interest. It’s absolutely phenomenal. The staff is super kind and helpful. The food is just on a different level. The rooms are beautiful. The design of the place is gorgeous and every item was chosen carefully. It is on the Ganges river and if you want a quiet Aarti away from the masses then they supply one every afternoon. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

It was our best stay so far in india! We loved everything about it. The staff was excellent, giving great recommendations for the delicious food and activities, The room was very clean and comfortable. The Ganges ghat just in front of the hotel is a dream!
