Generally quiet and has a lot to commend it including the convenient lication but the double bedroom overlooked directly a beer garden right outside the window which although wasnt busy that night the music could be still be heard

The location is perfect - in the city center by the lake, near the shopping area.

Maybe they can expalain better wherethe parking is. It is right after the building - the first ramp to the right, the smaller, 1-lane one. To enter the parking, use key (that you get together with the apartment key) at the beginning of the ramp. The exit is through the same ramp. To open the parking for exit - pull the rope at the bottom of the ramp.

The apartment is spacious, well-furnished, in a great location, and has accessible parking.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness and bathroom mold, likely due to lack of ventilation. Most apartments offer a squeegee and mop to help keep the bathroom dry, but there was none provided. The apartment gets hot—fans were offered but not cleaned. Basic toiletries like shower gel and hand soap were missing (only shampoo was available). I loved the place, just wish it were better taken care of.

Key giving system, dont have to call or wait. Spacious , clean, near to markt,tank station,nature.underground car parking

No option for early check in,(or u have to pay extra), sugestion: need a tray also in hoven, otherwise it is smoky and dirty. When u drive out from parking, the curve is very narrow be carefull. Sugestion: please put a protector on some part of wall so that cars dont scratch.

Fantastic large apartment, comfy and close to the lake and centre of town. Lovely space, nicely furnished, easy access, and comfy beds. Parking underground at the apartment was welcome and convenient too. We loved our stay here.

A small difficulty knowing how to drive in and out of the car park, but owner replied quickly to messages to help us out so wasn't really a problem. (it's the right-hand narrower ramp, opened with the key at the top of the ramp, and a string-pull to open doors to exit - and there's a door inside the car park to access the lift/stairs into the appartment).
