"An old, tired apartment in a handy location."

Location was close to the Zeppelin Museum, ferry and town centre. There was a gin/beer bar in the same building for kicking back. There was secure, under cover parking under the building.

It is a tired apartment needing TLC. The kitchen and bathroom needed to be cleaned better (the shower had mould). The bed is very low, so not good for people with limited flexibility.
