Green Tea View

The view from the room was a wonderful bonus - it was very nice to sit on the balcony with a cup of tea and a book. Thomas and Lisa couldn’t have been kinder hosts and I enjoyed two dinners with them. Thomas was also extremely helpful with my onward bus journey arrangements.

Lovely hosts who looked after us very well, cooked delicious food, and organized all our activities, giving us lots of advice on what to do (and what not to do). The place is spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. It’s located out of Munnar town meaning it’s in a peaceful location with beautiful views out the back. It’s about a 10-15min walk to the end of the road where there are plenty of buses to take you to and from Munnar town for just 25 rupees.

Everything was perfect from our arrival to our departure. But maybe let me just say a word about the availability of the Thomas and Lisa who they made us feel at home. And I can’t forget to mention the VIEW : outstanding

It was a very nice stay over there.

Thomas and his wife were great hosts that care a lot about their homestay and their guest. We also really enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony, the cleanliness of the room and the homemade breakfasts. Thomas also organized some trips and a massage for us, so we were able to experience a lot. Thank you!

HOST MR. THOMAS & FAMILY WERE VERY NICE . ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN.

ROOM SIZE WAS SMALL , THERE WERE NO SAFETY GRILLS TO WINDOWS , BREAK FAST WAS NOT PROVIDED DUE TO SOME REASON.

We booked the balcony room with view which was beautiful! Exceptional views of the mountains and very peaceful. Thomas was very helpful organising activités for us. We had two delicious breakfasts and one dinner. Thomas went above and beyond dropping us into Anachal and making sure we got on the right bus! Absolutely worth staying a little out of Munnar as there are good bus connections and it’s a wonderful place to stay.

Really lovely homestay. The owners are really very friendly and helpful. Best of all is the food. Keralan home cooked food at is best with a variety of dishes served. You really must eat here. Fantastic views. Lovely and clean. Far from the madding crowd

Everything was perfect

We are so happy that we have found this Homestay. The rooms(especially the two in front) with the view are great. Everything was spotless clean. But the special thing was this nice family, thank you Lisa, Thomas and family! Twice they cooked for us an incredible meal with so many different curries and they helped us with anything we needed. It's a 30 min drive to munnar, but munnar town itself is not that beautiful, would prefer again to stay here. Location has some restaurants in walking distance and from up the road in Anachal you have everything also busses.

Mattress for me personal a bit hard but I m used to sleep very soft. For my boyfriend it was fine
