The host and his family was very friendly and helpful. They also gave recommendations on places to visit and restaurants close by. The place was very clean and the view outside was nice along with cats and different types of birds flying around. Felt to be living with nature with all facilities. Great stay.

This place and the hosts were amazing!! We loved the room, extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the little balcony is special. We were immersed in nature. Thomas and his family are the sweetest people, they helped us organize our visits, cooked for us amazing meals and also helped us to order food and plan the next steps of our journey in Kerala. The place is 30 minutes by car from Munnar but we belive this is a plus. Anachal is a really nice little town, we recommend visiting the Ayurvedic spice garden. We recommend the homestay also to solo travelers and women travelers.

During my recent visit to Munnar, I had the pleasure of staying at Green Tea View Homestay for a couple of days. The experience was nothing short of exceptional. Hosts Thomas and his family are incredibly warm and hospitable, always going out of their way to assist with anything you might need.As this was my first time staying at a homestay, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was truly overwhelmed by the quality of service provided. Thomas's wife is an excellent cook, and her Kerala dishes are simply delightful—authentic and full of flavor.The homestay itself is situated in a serene location, offering a peaceful ambiance and breathtaking views from the balcony. It's the perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind amidst nature's beauty. I wholeheartedly recommend Green Tea View to anyone visiting Munnar.

We had a lovely stay at Green Tea View, with spectacular views from our room, only the sound of crickets could be heard at night. The home cooked breakfast and dinners were delicious and all of the family were so friendly and welcoming. The wifi was fast and faultless and the place was immaculately clean.

The view from the room is amazing. You look directly into the mountains and you can see a very small tea plantation. The owners, Thomas and his family, are really kind and assist to organize tours around the area. Small tip: In case you arrive by bus from Kochi, ask the driver, whether he passes through Anachal and ask them to drop you at the bus stop. A rikscha at around 60 rupees gets you to the homestay.
