Host is very good. Location is very good

Good for budget stay but not for luxury.

The host, Thomas, was very friendly and polite. The place was well-maintained, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. It is located near Anachal, where you can find affordable places to eat and shop. A special thanks to his son for decorating the room based on our request, it turned out great!

We visited this place with our family, but I found out that it is not open to bachelors. This policy was not mentioned on Booking.com, which could be clarified for better transparency.

Amazing stay in Munnar. The family who own Green Tea are what really make it! Everyone was so helpful, friendly & couldn’t do enough for us. The room was spotless, the cleanest I’ve seen! & we had an amazing sleep in such a comfy bed w a stunning view! Location is good, 10/15 min walk to the town for local bus. We wish we had longer to spend here!

Had a beautiful view, all the facilities were clean and working. The family were happy to organise and book activities, give advice and cooked us a wonderful dinner.

Bear in mind that this homestay is a 30 minute drive from Munnar, which means it’s very peaceful however you will have to spend ₹500 by autorickshaw each way. We were happy to take the bus from the nearest town (20 min walk) which was ₹20.

The location of the Homestay is great, with amazing views from the balcony. The hosts are very lovely people and prepared to arrange everything for you from excursions, cultural programs, Massages… We even had delicious dinner there one night. Thank you for this great stay.

We had an amazing stay at green tea view. Thomas and Rohn were so caring throughout our stay and we love your beautiful home - thank you very much for having us. The view, the wildlife and comfort of the home stay made it the perfect place to stay whilst we were in Munnar - we hope to be back.

We would’ve had the perfect stay had it not been for the cleaner accusing us of staining the bedsheets upon departure and demanding 2000rs. It was very embarrassing at checkout when she marched into our room and started pulling apart the bedsheets in front of us saying we ruined new bedsheets. We did not satin them, and the bedsheets were far from new with multiple pulls and noticeable wear and tear. We did not appreciate this as the owners were out and we were very embarrassed and intimidated as she demanded money. One thing to make the stay perfect would be to add a kettle and mugs/tea making facilities for the guests. We didn’t want to intrude asking Thomas/Rohn for tea all the time, and as we didn’t have access to the kitchen we only had tea at breakfast.
