Me gustó mucho la ubicación, el lugar estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado. Todo estaba tal como se mostraba en las fotos.

Very convenient location. A well designed modern conversion of an old property, compact but adequate space. Quiet. Bed linen well laundered. Simply furnished. Good ambience in the ‘plaza’/foyer. The contact was very helpful in servicing a request.

Rather impersonal, this was just unattended rooms rather than a hotel. 40+ steps to the room with no functioning lift. Hand basin plug did not work (plunger style needs a plumber’s attention). Bathroom floor is tiled in presumably the original flooring. Badly needs a thorough industrial clean to restore it.

Lovely traditional property in a pretty square. The location was perfect, close to some great bars and restaurants and within easy walking distance of the main attractions in the old town. We booked a deluxe double room which looked out onto the orange trees in the square below. Lovely to sit with a morning coffee or a drink in the evening taking in the atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The roof terrace was an added bonus, it was nice to be able to sunbathe up there with a drink. The owner was easy to contact by message and responded quickly.

Could be a bit noisy outside early in the morning and late at night. With the windows shut this didn’t bother us too much.

Excellent location, at walking distance from most amenities in Seville. Easy to reach from the Airport (by bus). Very clean rooms, nice common area, great terrasse overlooking Seville.

Sometimes noisy at night (two restaurants in the little square where the house is located).

The appartment was in the perfect location for all the sights, about 20 minutes walk for all the main sights such as the Jardines de Murillo, Plaza de Espana, the Alcazar, the old town, the Cathedral, Casa Pilates, the Seta, and then the river and the Mercadona. It was situated above a beautiful little square in front of the Santa Maria is Blanca Church. There were four restaurants and four breakfast venues (one was even vegan for our friend that we were meeting!) Within a 30 second walk and even more within a minute from the appt. The appt block itself was tastefully decorated with a beautiful courtyard. The room was as described, and beautifully but simply decorated with a decent bathroom and shower with shower, shampoo and hand-wash all supplied. Room was cleaned and bed made everyday with fresh towels as needed. Another bonus was a key code system for accessing the property and room, no keys to worry about!

The only slight issue is the recycling from the street in the early hours, but nothing ear plugs or a lie in did not resolve. The pillows took a little while for me personally to get comfortable with, but I slept well after the first day.
