The location is super but it could be a bit loud, when you open the windows.

The room was a bit too small for my taste but we didn't stay in it a lot anyways.

Loved Seville.

This is a 1 person space. No outside window. I booked based (as I usually do) on the pictures I see,... NOWHERE did I see this dreadful tiny space, with 1 bedside lamp... We had booked for 2 people... Communication was very difficult, twice my emails, regarding our situation... just bounce back "unable to deliver"... I know they received it regarding my Asthma... in a windowless room. There is no elevator. It's AWFUL. I did submit 2 mobile numbers, but heard no response. Other rooms, WITH windows /patio doors were vacant during our occupancy.. Be CAREFUL when booking...

Located in a great area - walkable to everything I could think of. Also felt very safe - with an individual PIN code that accesses outer door, an inner door, and room. Access to a roof terrace. Minimal noise late at night from the restaurants/cafes on the street below. Run very efficiently - I didn't actually meet the owner but was contacted by email on my first day to ensure everything was fine and to let them know if I needed anything. I imagine this style of running a place saves guests money as there isn't the need to pay for onsite staff 24/7.

Just one minor quibble - and it's not even really a complaint - it would be useful to have a mini fridge in the rooms, somewhere to store bottled water so they stay cold, particularly given how hot it gets in August. That said, with the configuration of the room I don't know how feasible it would be. Perhaps a main fridge on the floors outside on each floor? But it didn't affect my stay at all - not a real chore to drink room temperature water...

Loved the location and the ease of entering the property. Good fast correspondence with host. Loads of beautiful restaurants for brunch and tea available on the doorstep. Right next to the cathedral, castle and near park. Beautiful to lie in bed looking at the architecture and bell towers on a morning. Cafe underneath open early for a coffee. Beds and shower excellent. Air con great. Dark room for sleeping. Very clean. We drove and parked car in 24 hour car park which was only 24 euros a day which we thought was reasonable and short walk away.

Very clean, host did her best with problems we ran into with the keypad codes not working. Easy access to the historic parts of the city. Pretty view from room window and terrace.

Tiny and very few amenities. Kettle and mugs but only 2 decaf coffee packets and old tea bag’s to use. No cream, sugar etc. The room was a cross between an air bnb and a hotel without the benefits of either. Someone came in each day and changed towels but didn’t tidy bed or anything else. We located a coffee maker in the atrium lobby area 3 floors down which we used. No elevator. Extremely noisy all night with restaurants dumping bottles 2200-2400, garbage pickup 0000-0100 and another pick up around 0300. Windows had to be open for any air flow as the air conditioner was not working sufficiently. Access key pad failed us twice which required messages and waiting around for the host to come and reprogram it. The second time the host gave us another guest’s access code for the front door which would have also given us access to their room if we were so inclined.

Location is excellent, very central and everything is within walking distance.

Could buy new towels. The towels were like rocks.

The house is very centrally located close to cafes and tapas restaurants The room was very clean The bathroom is one of the best I have ever seen

There was a lot of noise from the street despite thermal windows The beds were incredibly hard. For the price, I expected a small desk and a good armchair for reading

The owner honored our request for a certain room as this was a repeat stay. Very happy! It’s perfectly located. We love to eat right at the front door under the orange trees, different tapas bars! The room is nicely decorated and the view is magnificent.m
